DIVERSE DEVELOPMENT

Our hydraulics system development specialists use Catia V5 software, simulation and finite element method (FEM) calculation to produce lightweight and efficient concepts.  

TMG possesses in-depth experience of prototype production, including system assembly and set-up, parts testing and system performance tests and optimisation.  

With diverse testing systems such as a servo valve tester, hydraulic pump test rig and full hydraulic system test bench, TMG is uniquely placed to validate and optimise a variety of systems. Hydraulic power packs, with conditioned oil temperature, are also available to aid component testing.  

In addition, TMG has developed its own power steering test rigs to allow set-up and optimisation, as well as durability testing, while motorsport-specific data evaluation software and systems checks ensure optimum performance.
